Exemptions Explained

The following videos explain how Catholics can keep Holy the Lord's Day, and why attending the Novus Ordo Mass may be dangerous to the faith.

Attending the Novus Ordo Mass is dangerous, because of our knowledge of the inherent problems in the way Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament is treated. We must avoid churches that practice Communion in the hand. This may be difficult to hear and accept, however, it is the truth.

Note: No one committed to the Novus Ordo will admit to this truth. There will always be an insufficient or erroneous excuse to quickly disregard this truth. True discernment is required.

What is the Sunday Obligation exactly?

The Sunday Obligation is to keep Holy the Lord's day. Sunday Mass is one of two precepts to the Obligation.

The two precepts are:

- Sunday Mass (Can be exempted due to a serious reason.)

- No unnecessary servile (bodily) work. (Can be exempted due to a serious reason).
